A restaurant management system that connects the floor, the kitchen and the owner in real time, from the first order to the stock it uses.

Key Solutions gives a restaurant one live picture of its day. Each person gets the screen built for their job, and everything they do shows up for everyone else the moment it happens.
Waiters sign in on their phone, pick a table and build the order from a menu grouped into breakfast, main dishes, hot drinks and juices, then send it to the kitchen in a few taps. Every table shows its state at a glance: Free, Sent, Preparing, Ready or Served. When the kitchen marks an order ready, the waiter's phone shows it straight away.
Cooks work from a tablet laid out as three columns, New, Preparing and Ready. A new order lands without a refresh, one tap starts it and one tap marks it ready, and any ticket that waits too long turns red so nothing is forgotten.
Owners and managers open the web dashboard and know in five seconds how the day is going: sales today, orders, average order value, sales by hour, the top items, the split between Cash, Telebirr and CBE Birr, and every open table with how long it has been waiting. Stock is tied to the menu through recipes, so each order deducts exactly the ingredients it uses, low items are flagged, deliveries are added in one click, and every change is kept in a ledger.
It is built as a React Native (Expo) app for waiters and cooks and a Next.js dashboard for owners, both on one Supabase Postgres backend. Role-based logins send each person to their own screen, row-level security keeps every role to its own data, database triggers move the stock, and Supabase Realtime keeps all three screens in sync.
